My name is Mariel, and I specialize in coaching young and early-career professionals (typically in their 20s & 30s) – founders, career pivoters, sabbatical-takers, and anyone navigating life’s transitions.

I believe the answers you seek are already within you. My job is to help you find them, nourish them, and bring them into the light. My coaching style is gentle, astute, curious, introspective, playful, and rooted in action.

  • Using storytelling practices to tell the story of who you are to the world

  • Develop practices for meeting yourself with more grace, permission, forgiveness, and gratitude

  • Build confidence in yourself by taking real action in the world and reinforcing identity through experiential, experimental growth

  • Unblock inspiration and creativity through somatic work, play, and improv

  • Integrate body, emotion, and intellect to deepen your decision-making and discernment
